Where do the proceeds of the day go?
The Rotary Clubs of Carindale, and Balmoral will use the proceeds for local and international community projects.

Can I bring my dog to the event?
The Murarrie Recreation Reserve is a public park and while the organising Rotary Clubs have booked the park with Brisbane City Council for use during the Kite Festival, the council by-laws regarding dogs in public places remain unchanged i.e. dogs must be supervised and on a leash at all times. Our aim is to provide a family friendly, fun day in the park with the chance to fly a kite and/or watch the experts. Please consider how your beloved pet will behave among crowds.
